The Infinity, is a 3D holographic display. We call this new type of device a PALI Display, meaning Parallax Autostereoscopic Linearly Integrated Display. The 3D display is one of the first of it’s kind and is cutting edge technology. Over the past two years, we have been developing this technology and calibrating it into a commercially viable product.
The Infinity doesn’t use any head tracking or glasses and many people can experience it at one time. As you move your head around the screen you see the object just like any real object. Plus, it is super easy to use, people can plug it directly into their computer and launch an application. The Infinity Holographic display runs off a portable laptop and has an app store that it connects with.
What inspired you (or your team)?
The whole world around us is 3D, but our digital world is 2D. We wanted to create a way to bring our real world and digital world together to create a more uniformed and fluid user experience with computers. So we designed the Infinity a 3D Holographic Display.
